Booking policy
To book hunts we require 50% deposit down to reserve hunt and remaining balance due when you arrive in camp. We accept cash, check, and money orders. Once your hunt is booked a hunters contract will be sent to sign and return agreeing upon terms and conditions.
Cancellation policy
All hunts cancelled 90 days+ in advance of hunt will be refunded 50% of deposit. If hunt is cancelled within 90 days of hunt hunter will forfeit their deposit. There is a good chance we will not be able to sell that hunt late in the season. If you can find someone to take your spot there will be no penalty. Excruciating circumstances will be determined on a case by case basis.
